DEPOSITED APPOINTMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
I understand that my deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, except when Cherished Tattoo or scheduled artist is unable to fulfill an appointment and an acceptable reschedule cannot be made.
I understand my deposit will be applied toward the final cost of my tattoo unless otherwise stated.
I understand that I forfeit my deposit if I do not show up for my appointment time and date.
I understand I will forfeit my deposit if I cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice.
I understand that after 25 minutes, my appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled and that my deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that cancellations or requests to reschedule made with 24-48 hours’ notice may require an additional $50 to retain my original deposit and reschedule.
I understand that I may reschedule my appointment only once. Any additional rescheduling may result in forfeiture of my original deposit and require a new deposit to book.
I understand that my deposit expires three months from my original appointment date, and any eligible rescheduled appointment must occur within a three month period.
I understand that I cannot transfer my deposit to anyone else and can only use if for myself.
I understand that my deposit is made to a specific artist and cannot be transferred to another artist at the shop.
I understand all changes made to my appointment must be done through the shop phone only and that I can text/call 314-208-2866 to do so. No e-mails, DMs on social media - only through the shop phone.
I understand that if my artist determines the tattoo cannot safely or reasonably performed that day - especially because of intoxication, inability to consent, sunburn, skin irritation, illness etc. - the appointment may be canceled and deposit forfeited where appropriate.
I understand that significant changes to my tattoo concept, size, placement, or design may require additional time, rescheduling, and/or a new deposit at my artist’s discretion.
I understand that pricing discussed prior to my appointment is an estimate unless otherwise explicitly stated, and that the final cost of my tattoo may vary based on size, placement, design change, time required, and other factors.
